Each of our 62 one-bedroom apartments includes a kitchen, carpeted living room and bedroom, and tiled bathroom. Emergency pull cords, individually controlled heating and cooling, and cable accessibility are included for each of our residents. We also have handicap-accessible apartments available.

The Community Manager for Dunn Road Manor, Janice Williams relishes the chance to build wholesome, healthy relationships with each of the residents she serves. With more than 20 years of professional experience in the social service industry, Janice has gained the knowledge and understanding needed to effectively support the needs of seniors. She possesses a strong passion for empowering others through the provision of quality services, resources, and support. As a life-long advocate for aging, disabled, and low-income populations, Janice is committed to the task of ensuring that each resident continues to live a life of fullness and enrichment.
Chassity is the Social Services Coordinator and newest member of the team at Dunn Road Manor. She recently graduated from the University of Missouri at St. Louis with her Bachelor’s in Social Work and enjoys working with seniors. She has many years of experience in management which compliments and balances her formal social work education. Family is important to her, as she is a proud mother to her son and she uses time management and organizational skills to balance family and career.
To call Dunn Road Manor home, you must be 62 years of age or better. Eligibility for housing is based on income limits as set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Call today to inquire about the current income guidelines.

Here at Dunn Road Manor, our commitment to residents and staff are designed to achieve a balanced approach to the support and services provided by our Chaplains. Our goal is to provide the entire Dunn Road Manor community with the fullness of God’s grace essential for balanced living through spiritual care, nurture, instruction, and faithful administration of the Sacraments.
As your chaplains, we are committed to helping our entire staff at Dunn Road Manor achieve success in assisting ‘Older Adults living life to the fullest’ with the full balance of God’s grace and mercy.
Born in Brockton, Massachusetts, Rev. Bob served 20 years in the US Air Force, completing overseas tours in Europe and Asia. He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Massachusetts and received his Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis in 2004. Rev. Bob has served churches in Florissant, Spanish Lake, and St. Charles before receiving the call to serve LSS residents. He and his wife Lisa Marie have two grown children.
Chaplain Amy received a Master of Parish Education degree and Director of Christian Education (DCE) Specialist Diploma from Concordia University — Nebraska in 1999. Since receiving her degree, she has ministered in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living centers, memory care units, and hospice care environments.

Administrator of Stewardship
Kirk Mattes, Administrator of Stewardship for Lutheran Senior Services, joined Lutheran Senior Services in 2000. Prior to joining Lutheran Senior Services, he was vice president of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod Foundation’s Gift Planning Services. As the Administrator of Stewardship, Kirk oversees a professional staff deployed to the various Lutheran Senior Services communities. He has a wealth of experience, helping people deal with financial challenges and opportunities. When not working, he enjoys trying to keep up with his grandchildren, playing racquetball and rooting for the Cardinals.
