Members of Our Team
The Social Service Coordinator for Hylton Point II Apartments, Savanna Arczynski strives to help each resident achieve their goal of aging in place by assisting in putting services in place inside their home. Savanna applies the strengths perspective, in which she works within each individual resident’s abilities to facilitate a climate of self-reliance that ultimately helps keep each resident independent. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work, and she aims to keep every day exciting with a variety of health and wellness activities throughout the month.
Rev. Robert Briggs
Chaplain, LSS Affordable Housing
Born in Brockton, Massachusetts, Rev. Bob served 20 years in the US Air Force, completing overseas tours in Europe and Asia. He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Massachusetts and received his Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis in 2004. Rev. Bob has served churches in Florissant, Spanish Lake, and St. Charles before receiving the call to serve LSS residents. He and his wife Lisa Marie have two grown children.

Administrator of Stewardship
EmailKirk Mattes, Administrator of Stewardship for Lutheran Senior Services, joined Lutheran Senior Services in 2000. Prior to joining Lutheran Senior Services, he was vice president of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod Foundation’s Gift Planning Services. As the Administrator of Stewardship, Kirk oversees a professional staff deployed to the various Lutheran Senior Services communities. He has a wealth of experience, helping people deal with financial challenges and opportunities. When not working, he enjoys trying to keep up with his grandchildren, playing racquetball and rooting for the Cardinals.
