Each of our 60 one-bedroom apartments includes a kitchen, carpeted living room and bedroom, and tiled bathroom. Emergency pull cords, individually controlled heating and cooling, and cable television accessibility are included for each of our residents. We also have handicap-accessible apartments available.

Tonya Hill, Site Manager of Hylton II, has over 8 years’ experience in senior care. Starting off as a leasing clerk in 2001, she was promoted in 2006 to Site Manager. Tonya is very passionate about her job and always willing to lend an extra hand.

Hylton Point II Apartments’ service coordinator Melita Brakic holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from University of Missouri-St. Louis. Melita has been a proud member of the LSS team since March 2011. She enjoys working with older adults and is proud to uphold LSS’ mission of “Older Adults Living Life to the Fullest”.

Kirk Mattes, Administrator of Stewardship for Lutheran Senior Services, joined Lutheran Senior Services in 2000. Prior to joining Lutheran Senior Services, he was vice president of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod Foundation’s Gift Planning Services. As the Administrator of Stewardship, Kirk oversees a professional staff deployed to the various Lutheran Senior Services communities. He has a wealth of experience, helping people deal with financial challenges and opportunities. When not working, he enjoys trying to keep up with his grandchildren, playing racquetball and rooting for the Cardinals.
