LSS, Roy Rogers and the Easter Bunny team up to support the United Way

Each year, LSS goes to great lengths to raise funds for the United Way, but the folks at Breeze Park might be getting a little carried away.

While the dining services department provided the goodies for the St. Charles senior living community’s annual fundraising kickoff, the activities department provided the entertainment. (In case you’re wondering, that’s the Easter Bunny, Lucille Ball, Elvis Presley, Cher, and Roy Rogers putting in an appearance.)

LSS as a whole is off to a roaring start this year in its support for the United Way, an organization dedicated to “improving lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good.”

There’s an update of how LSS’ different locations are doing to date below the fold.
