Patch.com posted a story over the weekend about Lila Joy Strecker, a resident of Hilltop Manor and one of Eureka’s finest working poets.
At 80 years of age, Lila creates poems that draw on eight decades of experiences, many of which were inspired by Scripture. Pictured here with her dog Zack, Lila has also penned one children’s book and is currently working on a second.
