Earlier in the spring, residents from Halls Ferry Manor, Dunn Road Manor, Rose Hill House, and Hilltop Manor (pictured at right) traveled to beautiful Forest Park to participate in St. Louis’ annual Mature Mile. Held in conjuction with the Family Fitness Weekend, the Mature Mile encourages seniors 60 years of age or better to get out and get fit. Lutheran Senior Services communities set the bar for the event, bringing the most “mature” walker of the event — Hearsline Hicks of Dunn Road Manor.
