Residents in our independent living apartments, villas, and patio homes can enjoy lunch or dinner in our beautifully appointed on-site restaurant or our stylish, wellness-centered Wildflowers Cafe. A dining allowance is included in the monthly service fee.
Our assisted living, residential care, memory care, and care center dining areas provide table service for three meals a day. Our attentive dining services staff is always ready to assist you!

Mark Shoopman is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation, a Certified Food and Beverage Executive by the American Hotel and Motel Association, and a Certified Professional Ice Sculptor and competition judge at a national level. In addition, Mark was elected “Chef of the Year” for two consecutive years by the Heart of Illinois Professional Chefs Association. Coming from a comprehensive background in international hotel and restaurant management, Mark is fully trained in American and European Cuisines.
