Jim Clindaniel has more than 30 years' experience in the health care field, more than a third of which has been spent working in senior living. He holds an MBA from New Hampshire College, a bachelor's in health care management from Southern Illinois University, and an associate's in pharmacy technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Currently, he lives in Edwardsville, Illinois, with his wife Mary and the youngest of their five children.

Phyllis Downs joined the LSS marketing team in 2011 as the senior living counselor at Hidden Lake. She has been assisting older adults in Minneapolis and St. Louis fulfill their independent living needs since 2004. Phyllis has two grown children and lives with her husband Brian in downtown St. Louis. She really enjoys her works and strives to make a positive difference in the lives of the older adults and family members she comes in contact with every day.

Stacey started working for LSS in 2008 at its Meridian Village community, then transferred to Hidden Lake in 2009. She has over 15 years working in the health field, starting with a career as a certified medical assistant in a local doctors office. She has been married for 25 years to her husband Richard and has two wonderful daughters, Meghan and Rachel.
Martha Cunningham
Director of Dining Services

As the director of Dining Services, Martha Cunningham brings more than 30 years of experience in food and nutrition to Hidden Lake. She is a registered and licensed dietitian, having graduated from Fontbonne College. Prior to coming to Hidden Lake, Martha oversaw the nutritional needs of the Franciscan Sisters of Mary, before which she spent 15 years with the Sisters of Saint Mary’s Health Care System. Martha and her husband Larry have two grown children. She lives in St. Charles, Missouri.
Rev. Randy Shields
Chaplain

The Chaplain at Hidden Like since 2002, Chaplain Randy Shields earned his doctorate in theology at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. His advanced studies allowed him to have teaching experiences at both college and seminary levels of education. Prior to becoming a chaplain with Lutheran Senior Services, he served for 16 years as the campus pastor at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
