At Bradford Manor, the residents and staff at our assisted living household are coming together to form a unique, closeknit culture within Lenoir Woods, born out of the tastes and needs of the people who live here.
That’s what our person-centered approach to care is all about. Here, older adults can continue to live their lives their way, while still getting the additional help they need. Our program is customized to suit each individual’s preferences that they’ve developed over the course of a lifetime.
In short, assisted living at Lenoir Woods is more than senior living; it’s an extended family.
The Household Experience
Specifically designed around spaces where daily life happens, the manor is made up of two “households” — smaller settings for just 12-14 residents each. The households are modeled after a real family home, and staffed by specially trained teams of flexible staff members.
Here, the emphasis is on the social experience, with shared living rooms, daily activities, and family-style meals prepared on-site in the heart of each household — the warm, inviting kitchen. The result is a close-knit community with a real family feel.
