Everyone feels at home, all the while receiving the same compassionate care that is part of the Lenoir Woods legacy.

- Comfortable surroundings with controlled-access entrances
- Music & Memory, a certified program that uses personalized playlists for stimulating memories
- My Story, which uses a resident’s life story for creating personalized care
“Slater Place is such a safe environment where Dad can come right from his bedroom into the living and dining area. He loves his coffee, and they see he has plenty of it served in a yellow cup so he can see it. But what really makes Slater Place great … and why I don’t worry when I’m not there … is the staff. There is a nurse 24/7 and they all get to know the residents. Besides attending to the residents’ needs, they treat everyone as if they are all family. I am so happy Slater Place exists. I would not have Dad anywhere else.”
–Janis Tate, daughter of Lenoir Woods resident
