The Executive Director for Meridian Village, Colleen Bottens, brings over 20 years of experience working with seniors in various settings. Colleen began her career as a caregiver and has most recently served as an executive director for CCRC and assisted living communities in the Chicago area. She holds a degree in social work from Governors State University in Illinois.

The Care Center Administrator for Meridian Village is Jacque Bogner. She started her career with Meridian Village in the spring of 2007 as the Assisted Living Director until 2010 when she became the Care Center Administrator. Jacque has been a licensed nursing home administrator for ten years. She has a bachelor degree in science from Greenville College. Jacque her husband Erik and daughter Hazel live in Greenville and enjoy spending time outdoors and with family.

Kelli joined Lutheran Senior Services in April 2011 and is one of two Senior Living Counselors for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Assisted Living at Meridian Village. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University and worked in the new home industry for over six years before joining LSS. Kelli and her husband Jacob have two sons together and live in St. Charles, MO. They enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family.

Julie Jones joined Lutheran Senior Services in September 2012 and is one of two Senior Living Counselors who helps future residents move into Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care Assisted Living. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University and worked in the new home industry for over 12 years before transitioning into senior living. Julie is a long time resident of the St. Louis area and enjoys spending time with her two children and husband.

Meridian Village's Director of Nursing Melody Terry brings nearly 20 years' experience to her position, including a mix of acute care and long-term care. She briefly served with Air Evac as a flight nurse. A mother of five and a grandmother of three, Melody spends her spare time riding motorcycles and working with her church's prison ministry program.

She comes to LSS with over 30 years of experience in activities in the Long Term Care setting. Patty lives in Carlyle, Illinois, with her husband Ken. They have three daughters and nine grandchildren. She enjoys her family, golfing, swimming, and traveling.

Rev. Brad Thomas received a Masters of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary. He served for a year at Laclede Groves as a vicar/chaplain intern, where he received CPE training and experience ministering to the LSS staff and residents. Brad received a master’s degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and worked for Western Printing Machinery Company for twelve years, eventually as Vice President of Business Development. Brad is married to Susan. They have a son, Benjamin, and a dog, Henry.

The Director of Dining Services for Meridian Village, Lisa McMurray has over 30 years in the dining industry. She began her career with Meridian Village when the community opened in the fall of 1999. Her passion is working with food and making dining services as perfect as she can for the residents. An Edwardsville native, Lisa has three grown children and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and supporting her local sports teams.
