How to Join
Apply in Person: Visit the business office at any LSS location and ask for a registration form. Then, follow the instructions on the form on how to turn in money you raise through donations from friends and loved ones.
Apply Online: Click one of the links in the list below to register instantly. Through the Alzheimer's Association website, you can use online tools to reach out to your friends for donations using Visa or Mastercard.
