Lutheran Senior Services In-Home Services has a coordinator on-site at each of our St. Louis-area senior living communities to help residents in independent living and residential care access home care when needed. This could include setting up therapy and skilled nursing services through Home Health after an injury, illness, or discharge from a hospital; arranging for additional assistance with every day activities like bathing, dressing, or medication management through Private Duty; or connecting individuals and their families with Hospice Care if appropriate.
