We’re proud to announce the beginning of construction on our $70 million expansion at Mason Pointe Senior Living Community in Town & Country.
The project, which is adjacent to Mason Pointe’s main location at 13190 S. Outer Forty Road, will feature a three-story, 390,000-square-foot building with 156 new independent living apartments when it opens in the summer of 2020.
Lutheran Senior Services said that to date, nearly half the new 156 apartments have already been reserved with financial commitments.
Rita Vicary, Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Sales at Lutheran Senior Services, said strong pre-construction demand enabled the nonprofit organization to start building the project earlier than expected.
