October 28, 2024 – St. Louis, Missouri – Lutheran Senior Services (LSS) welcomes five Vice Presidents, filling current positions as well as new positions created to support recent growth.
LSS is now the 11th largest non-profit senior living provider in the U.S., thanks to the addition of four communities in Pennsylvania, as well as the acquisitions of both St. Louis Home Health and New Horizons PACE, an innovative home and community-based care model designed to help older adults maintain independence.
These Vice Presidents will join our current leadership team, together shepherding growth while continuing to live out the LSS mission of Older Adults Living Life to the Fullest.

Veronica Delgado
Vice President – Human Resources
Veronica Delgado is a seasoned Senior Global Business Leader with expertise in Human Resources, corporate transformation, and nonprofit governance. Her experience covers total rewards strategy, organizational effectiveness, diversity initiatives, talent management, and mergers and acquisitions across 14 countries. She has managed corporate universities and served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston, Rice University, and the University of Texas Nursing School. Veronica holds an Executive MBA from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University, along with certifications from SHRM and WorldatWork. A National Member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and current member of SHRM, she was recognized as a 2024 Who’s Who Marquis Designee and named one of the Top 50 CHROs in 2024 and Top 100 Businesswomen in the US in 2022.
Jackie Hamilton
Vice President – Advancement
With more than 20 years of philanthropic experience, Jackie Hamilton leads strategic programs focused on increasing constituent involvement, improving fundraising outcomes, and fostering volunteer engagement. Before joining LSS as the Vice President of Advancement, Jackie managed the St. Louis County Library Foundation and served as CDO at Beyond Housing. Her ministry knowledge, gained from Eden Seminary and Oasis, further enriches her expertise in supporting senior communities. Jackie holds a master’s from Lindenwood University and a bachelor’s in organizational behavior from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. In 2023, she was named Fundraising Executive of the Year by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, reflecting her dedication to empowering communities and driving positive change.
Lisa Lockett
Vice President – Finance
Lisa Lockett, Vice President of Finance, has served as the VP of Finance and Treasury Management for Forest Park Forever, and brings more than 15 years’ experience working in the aerospace industry in accounting and financial leadership roles. A St. Louis native, she has lived all over the country and traveled throughout the world for her career. Lisa completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri – St. Louis with dual degrees. She has a B.S. in Accounting and B.S.B.A with an emphasis in Finance. She also received her MBA with a concentration in accounting from Maryville University in St. Louis. Lisa serves on nonprofit boards serving older adults and adults with moderate to severe mental illness.
Kevin Rose
Vice President – Risk, Safety, and Compliance
Kevin Rose, Vice President of Risk, Safety, and Compliance, is a dynamic, deeply knowledgeable executive leader with a background ranging from an elite medical program to studying law and jurisprudence. He specializes in combining comprehensive analysis, hands-on technical know-how, and lasting integrity to design and implement regulatory and compliance strategy. Kevin has a history of aligning regulatory compliance programs with organizational objectives and industry standards and ensuring compliance with federal regulatory bodies, including the Food and Drug Administration, Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, and various other regulatory entities. Kevin is a native of the Saint Louis region, a patent holder, and an outdoor enthusiast. He is a graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law and holds both an Illinois and Missouri Bar License.
Annmarie Wallis
Vice President – Marketing & Communications
Annmarie Wallis, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, joined Lutheran Senior Services in 2014. She leads the development and management of the comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to achieve organizational goals. Annmarie leverages her nonprofit background by serving as Secretary for the Board of Directors of Pathfinder Church in Ellisville, Missouri, and on the Parkway School District Communications Advisory Committee. Annmarie holds a bachelor’s in communication and journalism from Concordia University Irvine and a Master of Science in Marketing from Webster University.
