Lutheran Senior Services (now known as EverTrue) Senior Living Community Opens Latest Expansion
Almost one year after the first Independent Living residents moved in, Mason Pointe Senior Living Community is now able to celebrate this new expansion. This expansion includes 156 spacious apartment homes, the Community Center with upscale and casual dining, and the Wellness Center, which features a heated saltwater pool, gym, exercise rooms, and more. Mason Pointe is a Lutheran Senior Services (LSS) Life Plan Community conveniently located in Town and Country, Missouri.
“There were many people involved in making this expansion a success,” said Drew Redman, Mason Pointe Executive Director. “We wanted to have this celebration at time when we could recognize them all and give this event the acknowledgement it deserves.”
LSS broke ground on the Independent Living Building in 2018, two years after acquiring the Mason Pointe property. The addition of Independent Living makes Mason Pointe a full Life Plan Community offering all levels of living: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care Assisted Living, Long Term Care, and Short Stay Rehabilitation.
“While the new buildings and amenities that have been added to our community are wonderful, it’s really the residents who are bringing this community to life and making it a great place to live and work,” added Redman.
At the time of the Grand Opening, the new Independent Living apartment homes were more than 90 percent reserved.
